How to Overcome Discontentment

It’s not easy to feel contented and happy in our media-driven world where every advertiser’s aim is to make you feel discontent (until you buy their product). Discontentment leads to bitterness, striving, stress, depression, and disunity. To combat discontentment, we need to intentionally foster attitudes of contentment and gratitude.
